Elliot is the Stillwater District Manager. He started in the business 6+ years ago after graduating from Mahtomedi High School. He graduated as a collegiate soccer player at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, studying Biomedical Engineering and Management. At personal sales of over $200,000, he was promoted to run a Branch office in 2020, and since then has managed over $2,000,000 in sales. He has also trained other nationally competing managers across the United States. Founder of the Stillwater Saga, he is dedicated to supporting others in their journey to design the life of their dreams! 

Emily graduated from Concordia Academy in St Paul, started with the company in 2023, and in her first 10 days she sold over $10,000 of product to put her in the top 1% of representatives company wide. She established herself as a leader and earned a spot in our leadership and entrepreneurship program through school at St Mary's where she plays softball and studies Psychology! At over $35,000 sold in her first 3 months on the job, she earned herself an All-American Corporate scholarship!

Allie was one of the first representatives in the #1 Branch office in the company in her hometown of Stillwater. After over a year in the business, she earned a Key Staff promotion and was responsible for leading team meeting event activities and setting an example at our Champions Club meetings. She also was recognized for her accomplishments at our Year End Banquet in Chicago! As an aspiring business owner, she is proving to everyone why she deserves a spot in leadership!

Megan is the most recently promoted manager on our staff team. She graduated from New Life Academy, and now studies and plays college basketball in Wisconsin! She set a standard from her first weeks on the job as someone who can take new challenges and take them on without complaint. She sold over $25,000 of product her first summer on the team and helps coach our new representatives.

From his humble beginnings working at a local McDonalds, Dane has over 18 years of experience with Vector. Dane was promoted to run the North Star Division in 2012, and has since perpetrated his vision of creating a Silver Cup Division. North Star has experienced growth from $1mil in his first year, to $9mil total in 2022. Dane is currently responsible for over $60 million in career sales and resides with his beautiful wife and daughters in Baldwin, Wi. 

He unfortunately is a Packer fan.
