Welcome to the support page for the StickySend iMessage App. Here you'll find answers to common questions, usage instructions, and troubleshooting tips to help you get the most out of our app.
Getting Started
How to Access the App
Open a conversation in the Messages app
Tap the Apps button (looks like an "A") next to the text field
Swipe through the app icons at the bottom until you find the Sticky app, or tap the More button (•••) and select it from the list
Tap on the Checklist app icon to open it
Creating Your First Checklist
Once the app is open, you'll see a sticky note with a default checklist
Tap on "Checklist" title to give your checklist a meaningful name
Tap "Add" to add new items to your checklist
Swipe left to edit or delete item
Tap any item to mark it as complete (a checkmark will appear)
When you're ready to share your checklist, tap "Share", both sender and recepient can make changes to the same checklist and changes will be save every time each participant is sharing a checklist.

Managing Checklist Items
Adding Items: Tap the "Add" button to add a new item to your checklist
Checking Items: Tap any item to toggle between checked and unchecked
Editing Items: Swipe left on an item and tap "Edit" to modify its text
Deleting Items: Swipe left on an item and tap "Delete" to remove it
Collaboration
Sharing a Checklist: Tap the "Share" button to send your checklist to the conversation
Collaborative Editing: When someone taps on a shared checklist, they can make changes that will be visible to everyone in the conversation
Updates: Any changes you make to a shared checklist will automatically update for everyone in the conversation
Templates
Saving Templates: Create a checklist and tap "Templates" → "Save Current List as Template"
Using Templates: Tap "Templates" and select a saved template to load it
Managing Templates: Tap "Templates" → "Manage Templates" to delete unwanted templates
Premium Templates: Unlock unlimited templates with a one-time purchase
Troubleshooting
Common Issues
Checklist Not Updating for Others
If your collaborators aren't seeing your changes:
Make sure everyone has the latest version of the app
Try tapping "Share" again to refresh the checklist in the conversation
Ensure all participants have a stable internet connection
Templates Not Saving
If you're having trouble saving templates:
Make sure you have fewer than 2 templates (or purchase unlimited templates)
Check that you've provided a name for your template
Try closing and reopening the app
Purchase Issues
If you're experiencing problems with in-app purchases:
Make sure you're signed in to your Apple ID
Check that your payment method is valid and up-to-date
Try restarting your device and attempting the purchase again
If you've already purchased unlimited templates, try "Restore Purchases"
App Not Loading or Crashing
If the app isn't loading properly or crashes:
Close the Messages app completely (swipe up from the bottom of your screen and swipe the Messages app away)
Restart your device
Check for iOS updates
Check for app updates in the App Store
In-App Purchases
Unlimited Templates
The free version of the app allows you to save up to 2 templates
For unlimited templates, a one-time purchase is available
The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on multiple devices
Restoring Purchases
If you've already purchased unlimited templates:
Open the app
Tap "Templates"
Tap "Restore Purchases"
Wait for the restoration process to complete
Privacy
All your checklist data is stored locally on your device
No data is sent to our servers
When you share a checklist, the data is only shared with the people in your conversation via Apple's iMessage platform

Q: Is my data backed up?
A: Your checklist data is not automatically backed up. Your data is stored locally on your device and shared through iMessage. We recommend taking screenshots of important checklists.
Q: Can I use the app on multiple devices?
A: Yes, you can use the app on any iOS device connected to your Apple ID.
Q: Can I share checklists with Android users?
A: No, the app works exclusively within Apple's iMessage platform, which is only available on iOS devices.
Q: How many people can collaborate on a checklist?
A: There's no set limit - anyone in the conversation can collaborate on the shared checklist.
Q: Will my templates sync between devices?
A: Templates are stored locally and do not automatically sync between devices.
