Sticky Notes is a fully offline application. It does not require an internet connection, nor does it possess the technical capability to transmit data. We do not collect:

Personal identifiers (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
Location data
Device identifiers or Advertising IDs
Usage analytics, diagnostics, or crash reports
Any text or content from the notes you create

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All notes, titles, and color preferences are stored exclusively on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences).

Your data never leaves your physical device.
No data is ever uploaded to external servers, cloud databases, or third parties.
Data is accessible only by the App itself.
Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all stored notes from your device.

3. App Permissions

Sticky Notes does not request sensitive device permissions (such as access to your camera, contacts, precise location, or external storage).

Share Feature: If you choose to share a note or app link, the App utilizes your device's native system share sheet. Sticky Notes itself does not intercept, access, or log any data shared through this action.

4. Third-Party Services & Analytics

We do not integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs), advertising networks, or analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or Firebase). No third party can track your usage or access your content.

5. Children’s Privacy

Because Sticky Notes does not collect personal data of any kind, it fully complies with global children's privacy standards (including COPPA). It is completely safe for users of all ages.

6. Data Security

Since no data is stored on remote servers, there is no risk of server-side data breaches, leaks, or unauthorized remote access. The security of your stored notes relies entirely on your device’s own security settings (e.g., screen locks, passcodes).

7. User Control & Data Retention

You retain complete ownership and control over your data:

You can edit or delete any note manually at any time.
Uninstalling the App completely removes all associated local data.
No account registration, sign-up, or login is required.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates or legal requirements. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
