StickerPro is an app developed by Paradox·Labs that lets you create and manage sticker packs for WhatsApp. Your privacy matters: this page explains, with no fine print, what data is processed and what is not.
We have no servers. Your stickers, packs, photos and backups are stored only on your device. Android does not include StickerPro's private data in its cloud backup or device-to-device transfer.
We do not collect, sell or share your personal data. The app requires no registration or account.
StickerPro asks for no permissions at all. There is no permission dialog: no camera, no location, no gallery access, no storage. The details are below.
The only data processed is that of the Google services described below (ads, purchases and delivery from Google Play), which operate under their own policies.
The photos, GIFs and videos you choose are processed locally on your phone to turn them into stickers. The app does not browse your gallery: the system picker does, and StickerPro only receives what you select.
While you edit, StickerPro creates a temporary private copy of the selected content so the work is not lost if Android recreates the screen. This copy is never shared with a server and is deleted when you finish or cancel the editor. If the process is interrupted first, StickerPro removes leftovers when another session starts; Android also deletes them when the app's data is cleared.
Packs are delivered to WhatsApp directly on your device, using WhatsApp's official mechanism for sticker apps.
If you type an author name when creating a pack, that text travels inside the pack: WhatsApp sees it, and so does anyone you share the pack or its file with. Leave it blank and StickerPro writes "StickerPro" instead. You can change it at any time from the pack itself.
Backups are saved by you: StickerPro opens the system picker and you choose the folder and the file name. That file stays where you put it and under your control; the app neither touches it again nor sends it anywhere.
Uninstalling the app removes its local data (backups you created stay where you saved them).
The tool that cuts the subject out of a photo runs entirely on your device:
The segmentation model (MobileSAM, Apache 2.0 licence) and the engine that runs it arrive with the installation, delivered by Google Play as a module of the app itself. StickerPro downloads no models on its own and queries no cloud AI service. Should the module ever be missing, the app asks Google Play to install it, and Play handles that download under its own policy.
Your photo does not leave the device to use this feature. The inference engine is stripped, inside the app, of its Internet permission, its network-state permission and its telemetry component, so the feature could not phone home even if it wanted to.
Google Play shows the module's name ("Advanced AI selection") while delivering it. That screen belongs to Play, not to StickerPro.
If the app detects an unexpected close or offers to report an error, nothing is sent automatically. Only after you confirm does StickerPro open your email app with a draft addressed to Paradox·Labs. The draft may include the StickerPro and Android versions, device manufacturer and model, language, date and time, error code, and a limited technical detail. You can review, edit, or discard the email before sending it. Your photos, stickers, and packs are never attached, and StickerPro strips file paths and links out of the technical detail before writing the draft.
Bear in mind that your own email app sends the message, from your own account: we receive it along with the address you send it from.
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may process data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location and diagnostic data. The ads SDK also includes Google measurement components and the Android Privacy Sandbox interfaces. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy:
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
How Google uses data in advertising: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google requests your consent before ads are requested whenever required. If Google requires a way to change that choice, StickerPro shows "Privacy options" in Settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in Android settings (Privacy → Ads).
If you purchase the "Remove ads" option, the app stops showing advertising and stops loading the ads SDK on screen.
The one-time "Remove ads" purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details (card, address, etc.); we only receive Google's confirmation that the purchase exists, and all that is kept on your phone is a yes/no flag to stop showing ads. The purchase is linked to your Google account and restores automatically when you reinstall.
StickerPro requests no permissions while you use it: there are no permission dialogs because the app needs none of the ones Android treats as sensitive. Those Play lists under "See permission details" are technical, and come from the app itself or from the Google services it bundles:
INTERNET · StickerPro — Fetching and showing the ads of the free version. It is the app's only use of the network.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE · Google ads SDK — Checking connectivity before requesting an ad.
AD_ID and the AD_SERVICES interfaces · Google ads SDK — Advertising identifier and Android Privacy Sandbox APIs.
WAKE_LOCK · Google SDK and video player — Keeping work in progress alive while the screen turns off.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC · Google Play delivery client — Letting Play finish delivering the app's components.
None of them grants access to your photos, contacts, precise location or microphone. Reading an image only takes what you pick in the system picker, and that requires no permission at all.
StickerPro is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date in the header. Relevant changes will be reflected before taking effect.
