simon jang built the Sticker Cutout+ app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by simon jang at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to device id. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.
Photos and Stickers
The photos that you select from your photo library or capture are processed entirely on your device — including automatic background removal (subject cutout), outline and filter rendering, and sticker creation. Your photos and the stickers you create are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or collected by us or any third party. We operate no server and never receive your images. The background removal runs locally on your device; it does not perform facial recognition and does not identify any individual.
- What is processed: Only the photos you choose to turn into stickers. The app separates the subject from the background and composites an outline, filter, frame, or caption to produce a sticker image.
- How it is used: Solely to create the sticker you requested. It is never used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or identification.
- Sharing and storage: All processing runs on your device. No photo or sticker is uploaded, sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Finished stickers are exported as transparent PNG images to your own device or photo library, or shared by you through the system share sheet at your choosing.
- Retention: The app does not retain your photos. Stickers you choose to save are stored only locally on your device in the app's sticker library and can be deleted by you at any time. Nothing is sent off the device.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Advertising and Tracking (iOS App Tracking Transparency)
This app shows ads through Google AdMob. On first launch, before any advertising is initialized, the app presents the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt asking for your permission to track. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a Google-certified consent message (UMP) is shown to collect your choices under GDPR before personalized ads are served.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
