Terms of Use for PopSticker: Create & Explore

Welcome to PopSticker: Create & Explore. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

PopSticker: Create & Explore allows users to create, customize, manage, and explore stickers. Users can create stickers from photos, remove backgrounds, organize sticker collections, and discover sticker content available within the App.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer certain premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Subscription Plans:

• $24.99 per year

• $5.99 per month

• $2.99 per week

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.

3. User Content and Privacy

Photos selected by users for sticker creation are processed within the App. We do not claim ownership of any images or stickers created by users. You retain all rights to your content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

• Use the App to create, distribute, or share content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

• Upload or use content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, logos, graphics, software, and original content, is the property of PopSticker: Create & Explore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or error-free performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting the updated Terms with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
