Welcome to Sticker Lab ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the Sticker Lab — Smart sticker maker & editor in your pocket mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by Tranquil Co.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://policies.tranquil.co/sticker-lab/privacy). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, access, or use the App.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

• Target Audience: The App is intended for casual creators who wish to design custom stickers and sticker packs.

• Account Responsibility: If you create an account or manage preferences within the App, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested.

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

• Your Content: The App allows you to import photos, crop them, add text, and create custom stickers or sticker packs ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). You retain all ownership rights to your UGC.

• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your UGC. We do not preview, monitor, or endorse UGC. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

• Liability: We are not liable for the accuracy, appropriateness, or any consequences arising from the use or sharing of your UGC.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Our Property: Except for your UGC, all materials within the App, including but not limited to software, interface design, text, graphics, layouts, and tools (the "App Content"), are the intellectual property of Tranquil Co. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• Third-Party Trademarks: All third-party trademarks, logos, and images appearing in or supported by the App (if any) belong to their respective owners. This App is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by such third parties unless explicitly stated.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE AND STICKER CREATION

You agree NOT to use the App to create, store, or share any stickers or content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful.

• Contains sexually explicit content, violence, or promotes discrimination.

• Infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of others.

• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any entity.

5. DISCLAIMERS (IMPORTANT)

• "As-Is" Provision: Sticker Lab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, performance, or reliability.

• No Professional Advice: The App is designed strictly for custom sticker creation and entertainment purposes. It is NOT a substitute for professional advice (including but not limited to medical, financial, or legal advice). Any reliance on information generated through the App is strictly at your own risk.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tranquil Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

• Any conduct or content of any third party or other users within the App.

• Technical performance issues, storage optimization errors, or battery drain.

7. APP CHANGES AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We driven by user feedback to regularly update the App, which may change features or layout. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately if you violate these Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tranquil Co. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on this page https://sites.google.com/view/sticker-lab-terms-of-service/home and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
