Welcome to Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the operator of the App ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of the App.
1.Introduction
1.1These Terms cover the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle mobile application (the “App”).
1.2In these Terms, we will sometimes refer to Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle as “Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle,” or “we.” We refer to our App, and any content, tools, features, and functionality made available through them, as the “Services.”
1.3In these Terms, “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to you when you access or use our Services.
2.User Eligibility
2.1Use of the App is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or such minimum age as permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Individuals under 18 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to using the App.
2.2You hereby warrant that you are of the required age. Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle does not assume any responsibility if the information you provide is untrue because Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle cannot verify the user's age.
2.3If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, "you" includes you and the entity, and you represent and warrant that: (a) you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms; (b) you agree to these Terms on behalf of the entity.
3.Prohibited Conduct
3.1You may use Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle only in accordance with these Terms and any and all agreements under which Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle is provided to you. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree to take full responsibility for all acts and omissions that occur as a result of your use of Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle.
3.2You agree not to use Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
a)Use the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Service for commercial purposes;
b)Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Service or the software contained therein, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of such software, except to the extent expressly prohibited by law;
c)Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Service, including by "hacking" or otherwise interfering with any part of the Game Service or the Service's website;
d)Use plugins, cheats, automated software (bots), hacks, game mods or any unauthorized computer program to modify the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game or distribute its functionality to multiple users;
e)Disrupt or interfere with the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Service or servers or networks connected to the Game;
f)Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
g)Send spam, chain letters or other unsolicited email;
h)Take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure (as determined by us in our sole discretion);
i)Upload invalid data, viruses, worms or other software agents through Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle;
j)Access any Content through any technology or means other than that provided or authorized by Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle;
k)Circumvent any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle;
3.3We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the foregoing. This action may include, but is not limited to, removing Content from the Service, suspending or terminating your account, and reporting to law enforcement. 4.Paid Services
4.1Our Services offer certain paid features that you can purchase through the app.
4.2Currency conversion settlements, foreign exchange transaction fees and payment channel fees (if any) are based on your agreement with the respective payment provider.
4.3All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded regardless of your change of mind or circumstances. You waive any rights you may have under EU or other local laws to cancel completed purchases or obtain a refund.
4.4We reserve the right to modify the prices of virtual goods and services at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect any completed purchases.
4.5You agree that in no event will we be liable for any damages or claims arising from your loss or use of in-app purchases. If we suspend or terminate your account, you will lose any products purchased through the Services.
4.6In-app purchases are not redeemable for cash, legal tender, currency of any country, region or political entity or any other form of credit. In-app purchases may only be used within the Services provided by Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, discounts or special offers unless specified by us.
4.7If the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services on your device are suspended or terminated for any reason, all Products may be forfeited at our sole discretion. You will not receive any payment or other compensation for unused Products, regardless of whether such suspension or termination is voluntary or involuntary.
5.Intellectual Property
5.1Service Content, Software and Trademarks. You acknowledge and agree that the Service may contain content or features that are protected by copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws. You may not engage in or use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar automated data gathering or extraction methods while using the Service. If we block your access to the Service (including blocking your IP address), you agree not to take any steps to circumvent such blocking (e.g., masking your IP address or using a proxy IP address). Any use of the Service or the content on the Service except as expressly authorized in this Agreement is strictly prohibited. We reserve any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
5.2Other trademarks used and displayed through the Service may be trademarks of their respective owners, who may or may not endorse, be affiliated or connected to Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle. Nothing in these Terms or in the Service shall be construed as granting any license or right to use Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle's trademarks without our prior written permission. All goodwill generated by the use of Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle's trademarks shall belong exclusively to us.
5.3Third Party Materials. In no event shall Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle be responsible for the content or materials of any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, infringement of intellectual property rights, errors or omissions in any Content, and any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any such Content. You acknowledge that we do not pre-screen Content and that AI-generated chats are inherently unpredictable and may produce inaccurate or offensive generations. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content or generations. You should not rely on the accuracy or completeness of statements made in the Content or generations, and if you do so, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
5.4You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information you provide to Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle regarding the Services are non-confidential and that we have the right to use and disseminate them for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
6.Copyright Claims
6.1Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, you should notify Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle of your infringement claim in accordance with the procedure set forth below.
6.2Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws with respect to any alleged or actual infringement. A written notification of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to dreamlight39.interactiveser@gmail.com.
6.3For your notification to be valid, it needs to be in writing and include:
a) your electronic or physical signature as the person qualified to represent the copyright or other intellectual property owner;
b) a detailed description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you believe has been violated;
c) a clear guide to where this material is located on our site;
d) your contact details, including address, phone number, and email;
e) a statement by you asserting your honest belief that the use in question isn't sanctioned by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; and
f) a statement by you, under penalty of perjury, affirming the accuracy of your notice's information and your authorization to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner.
6.4Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle adheres to the DMCA and other relevant laws and will, when deemed necessary and at its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle can also limit access to the Services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate others' intellectual property rights, regardless of whether repeat infringement is involved.
7.Third Party Links
7.1The Service may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, Services, special offers or other activities that are not owned or controlled by us. We don’t endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, or Services. If you access any third party website, service, or content from the Service, you do so at your own risk and you agree that we have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, service, or content.
7.2You understand and acknowledge that using our Service you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable or may cause harm to your computer systems and, without limiting the other limitation of liability provisions herein, you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against us with respect thereto. You understand and acknowledge that we may at our sole discretion refuse to publish, remove, or block access to any content for any reason, or for no reason at all, with or without notice.
7.3We integrates advertising services and analytics tools，including Adjust.These services may collect information about your device, usage behavior, and interactions with ads in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
8.Personal Information
We retain a separate Privacy Policy and your assent to these Terms also signifies that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy at any time by posting such amendments to the Service or our website. No other notification may be made to you about any amendments. Your continued use of the App following such amendments will be deemed your acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy and that you have read and understand it.
9.Child Sexual Abuse Content (CSAM)
9.1 Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle has a zero-tolerance approach to any acts of abuse, exploitation and/or sexualization involving children. We continuously evaluates and improves its policies, systems, and practices to uphold the highest standards of child safety. We aim to make our platform a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
9.2 Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle uses automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse ("CSEA"). Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited. Prohibited Activities include but are not limited to actions such as:
(a) Sexualization of Minors and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)
i.Creating or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
ii.Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors.
iii.Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form.
(b) Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving MinorsThreats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.
i.Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
ii.Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.
iii.Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.
9.3 Cases involving minor abuse may be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law and will result in immediate removal of the content. We urge all users to report any suspicious or inappropriate content or behavior related to CSAE.
10.Acknowledgment
10.1 You acknowledge and agree that:
a)The information provided via the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle app and service website is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties or conditions (whether statutory or under common law), including, without limitation, any warranties regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, reliability, security, timeliness, or protection against computer viruses. We assume no liability for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or inaccuracies in the information;
b)We may automatically download and install updates, upgrades, and additional features via the app distribution platform. When new updates, upgrades, or features become available, we are not obliged to maintain or provide previous versions, even if your device does not support the updated services;
c)We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or other harm (including consequential losses, loss of business, or data loss) resulting from your use, misuse, inability to use, or reliance on the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services or any content, including information transmitted via the app or service website, third-party materials, or external website content, regardless of whether such losses are based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages;
d)We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the integrity, accuracy, utility, continuity, performance, smoothness, or timeliness of the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services, app, or service website;
e)When accessing web pages or websites linked from the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services, you may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions. In such cases, these Terms of Service, together with the additional terms, will apply concurrently. In the event of any conflict, the additional terms shall prevail;
f)Unless expressly stated otherwise, any enhancements or upgrades to the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services are subject to these Terms of Service;
g)We may, at any time and by any means, install software on any computer and/or mobile device used to access the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services to monitor the download, copying, storage, recording, distribution, sharing, or redirection of any content.
11.Limitations of Liability
11.1 The following terms set forth the limitations of liability for us and our licensors in relation to (a) breaches of these Terms of Service and (b) any representations, statements, or omissions (including negligence) arising from these Terms of Service.
11.2 Except as otherwise provided by local law, these Terms of Service do not include any implied warranties, conditions, or other terms implied by statute or common law.
11.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our licensors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm (including those caused by third parties) resulting from your use, misuse, inability to access or use, or reliance on the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services, or from any interruption, suspension, or termination thereof, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, or any other legal theory—even if advised of the possibility of such damage. This limitation of liability also applies to any costs incurred for obtaining substitute services, lost revenue, or data loss. This limitation further applies to our fulfillment or non-fulfillment of any legal obligations under these Terms of Service.
11.4 We shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses or damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, or other losses), costs, expenses, or any other claims, regardless of the legal theory on which such claims are based.
11.5 In any event, if you bring any claim against us (including claims based on contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, or any other theory), our total aggregate liability shall not exceed One Hundred (100) U.S. dollars.
12.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or any violation of these Terms.
13.Termination of Services
13.1 We may terminate the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services and/or any related content at any time without prior notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services without notice if:
a)You have not used your Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle game service for more than one year;
b)You violate these Terms of Service;
c)We suspect fraudulent or improper use of virtual currency, virtual items, or any other content;
d)We suspect any illegal activities associated with your use of the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services;
e)It is necessary to protect the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services, our systems, the app, other users, or our reputation.
14.Changes to These Terms of Service
14.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice, in order to comply with legal requirements, changes in our business relationships, or modifications to the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services provided to you. If you do not agree to the modified terms, please discontinue your use of the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services.
14.2 Any updated version of these Terms of Service shall supersede and replace the previous version, and the previous version shall immediately terminate upon the effective date of the updated terms.
15.General Provisions
15.1 If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision, or any part thereof, shall be severed from these Terms of Service and the remainder shall be modified to reflect the original intent as closely as possible. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.2 You agree to comply with the laws of your local jurisdiction, including all applicable export laws, ancillary regulations, rules, and orders relating to goods, services, computer software, and technical data, regardless of where you reside. In using the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services, you are subject to the local laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
15.3 The servers for the Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle Game Services and service website are located in various regions, including but not limited to Singapore. You agree and acknowledge that the data you provide, including sensitive personal data, may be voluntarily transferred to these regions.
15.4 These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements (including any previous terms and conditions).
15.5 No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Sticker Book: Jigsaw Puzzle.
