StickAI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, including face data, when you use our app.

What face data does the app collect?

StickAI may process facial data contained in images you upload to generate stickers. The facial data is not used to identify individuals and is not stored locally or on our servers. The image is temporarily processed and sent to Google’s Gemini API for AI-based image editing.

Face data is used exclusively for transforming images into stickers using the Gemini AI model. No biometric matching or identification is performed

Images are sent securely to Google’s Gemini API, which temporarily processes the data to return the generated sticker. We do not store images or face data after processing.

Once processing is complete, the original image and all associated face data are deleted from memory.

How is the collected face data used?

Face data is only used for the sole purpose of transforming your image into a sticker using AI. The AI model (Gemini) uses facial features to create a stylized version of the image, but does not perform identity recognition or biometric matching.

Is face data shared with third parties? Where is it stored?

Yes, face data is shared only with Google’s Gemini API, which processes the image to generate the sticker. Images are transmitted securely over HTTPS. We do not store face data or any user images on our servers. Google may temporarily store data to provide the service, in accordance with their privacy policy.

How long is face data retained?

We do not retain face data. Once the image is processed and a sticker is generated, both the original image and any face data are deleted immediately from memory. No data is stored on our servers or databases.

5. Third-Party Services

This app does not use third-party analytics, ad networks, or external services that collect data from users.

6. Purchases

If you choose to purchase the premium version of the app, payment is handled securely via the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.

7. Children’s Privacy

This app is safe for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and notify users within the app where appropriate.
