Research

My research lies at the interface of condensed matter physics and statistical mechanics with forays into the quantum information aspect of things. In recent years, the emphasis has been on the dynamics of isolated disordered quantum many-body systems under the umbrella of many-body localisation as well systems open to Markovian environments or undergoing measurements. In the past, I also worked on topological phases of matter, particuarly quantum anomalies in Weyl semimetals.

The following graphic shows my research interests and how they are interconnected with each other
