Terms & Conditions

Advance Payment

30% of the total package price must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. This advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

Final Payment

The remaining due amount must be paid on the last day of the event.

No delivery of photos or videos will be made without full payment.

Photo Selection

The client will have the opportunity to select the photographs for printing.

Delivery Timeline

The delivery time for photos and videos is a minimum of 30 working days from the.

Transportation Charges

If the event venue is located outside Sylhet City, an additional 25% of the selected package price will be added as transportation cost.

Other Professional Teams

Please inform us in advance if you plan to hire any other professional photography or videography team.

Time Management

We strictly maintain the scheduled time for couples and portrait sessions.

Clients are requested to be present at the venue on time to ensure smooth execution.

Client Cooperation

The quality of wedding photography significantly depends on the event décor, venue environment, makeup, attire, lighting, and overall arrangements.

We cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results if adequate support and cooperation are not provided.

Portrait & Couple Session Requirements

A perfect portrait and couple photoshoot requires a minimum of 1 hour and preferably an empty or less crowded venue.

We strongly recommend completing the photoshoot before the arrival of guests.

Use of Images for Promotion

SthirDristi Photography reserves the right to use selected photographs and videos for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.

If you do not wish to grant permission for promotional use, please inform us prior to the event.
