Site of intervention
Given the density and rapid pace of the site, a waiting space naturally becomes a transitional threshold. The intuitive flow of vehicles and pedestrians is anchored by the footpath that traces the site’s central axis. This footpath also functions as a bus stop at four locations, creating distinct pause points. Positioned along the footpath, the bus stop emerges as a natural intervention that reinforces vehicular movement, offers safe road crossings, supports uninterrupted pedestrian flow, facilitates rickshaw pick-ups, and provides rest areas for waiting passengers, ensuring continuity across and along the footpath, creating a seamless space that aligns with the fast rhythm of the site.
