Trunk or Treat
Trunk or Treat 2021 Information
HSA is excited to support Trunk or Treat this year! You are receiving this email because you signed up for the Trunk or Treat event. Below you will find important updates and information. We are looking forward to seeing all of the costumes and decorated trunks!
When: Friday, October 29th
Arrival Time / Set Up: 4:00-4:50 (Soles Walk will be between 4PM-5PM, as well!) (Feel free to park, walk, and then set up for Trunk or Treat!)
Parking Location: Since you are participating in Trunk or Treat, you will park in the back lot towards the playground. Volunteers will be available to point you in the right direction. Others, who are just participating in the Soles Walk will park in the church parking lot.
Trunk or Treat Time: 5:00-7:00
Food: We nixed the concession stand and scheduled a food truck for the evening! Rise and Shine Food Truck will be available to purchase between 4PM-7PM. Rise and Shine will donate a portion of their earnings from the evening to our Soles Walk Fundraiser!
Sign Up: Pre-register for this event using this LINK. Sign up has been extended to Monday, October 25th. You must pre-register in order to participate.
Other TRUNK OR TREAT Reminders & SAFETY Considerations:
$15 per car- you can send cash or check to the school office during the week and Cindy will get it to me. Otherwise, you can bring the $15 to the event and find me (Sarah Lang). If you already paid, I have received it.
Must have a TRUNK to participate (no drop offs just coming to "hang out")
Must have pre-registered
Provide candy at your trunk (we currently have 37 families attending - 71 children)
MUST arrive by 4:50 at the latest. No late entrance allowed.
MUST stay until 7PM. No leaving early. This is so all children are safely secured in vehicles before cars begin moving.
