Who uses Microgreens
Chefs use microgreens to enhance the attractiveness and taste of food with distinct textures and flavors. Many microgreens combine flavor sensations, such as sweetness and spiciness. Not just as a garnish but can be used as the main ingredient.
Fitness experts love microgreens because they are naturally gluten-free, but these nutritional powerhouses often get overlooked. Amaranth, Peas, and many other microgreens are packed with calcium, B vitamins, and protein. They contain roughly five times the nutrients that their bigger counterparts have and are picked just after the first leaves have developed. The most common options include red cabbage, beets, cilantro, radishes, alfalfa, peas, broccoli, chard, and kale.
