Artifact 1

This artifact is a PowerPoint I made to go with my Argumentative Essay unit for 12th grade. This showcases my ability to create meaningful and engaging lessons for students. It also highlights my ability to create scaffolding for a lesson while holding students accountable for the learning standards. Throughout the slides you will see icons to help guide students through the tasks such as a comp book or the OneNote symbol. These icons offer visual support for ESL students as well as those with IEPs. This lesson also demonstrates my ability to incorporate technology into my lessons via video clips, whiteboards for group brainstorming, and voting polls using student cell phones.
