Hey, Dia here!
This website took quite a long time to make, but this is one of those datapacks where you really need the information if you want to make the most powerful stew possible! I hope I got everything correct when copy-pasting numbers from my code to this website. If you were to find any inconcistencies with your results and the numbers on this website, go join my discord to let me know!
Anyways,
Have fun with the pack!

Place a cauldron above a campfire and fill it with water! Now, you can throw in your ingredients that each have different nutrition, saturation and effects! Throw a bowl into the pot to craft your stew!
Before we begin! Definitions for the acronyms used in this part of the wiki!
Fn. = Fullness Cn. = Craziness
When making stews, you might notice that your stew has the modifier Bloated or Overbrewed in red text! These modifiers give you negative side-effects (bloated: slowness, overbrewed: nausea), but why do they appear in the first place!
Every item has a Fullness and a Craziness value. This value gets added to your stew. Carrots for example have 1 fullness and 3 craziness, so a stew with only a carrot would have 1 fullness and 3 craziness. You can see these values in the Items section of this wiki.
The part where Bloated and Overbrewed come in is when you start adding a lot of ingredients. If your stew has a craziness value greater than or equal to 10, your stew will be overbrewed. If it has a fullness value greater than or equal to 13, your stew will be bloated.
But I want to have more stuff in my stew without it being bloated or overbrewed!
For bloating, look at synergies! Certain food items will bloat less when combined! For example: Cooked Chicken (6 Fn.) and Sweet Berries (1 Fn.) fullness values would normally combine to (1+6=) 7, but they are a synnergy with -3 stew fullness. So it actually comes out to just 4 fullness!
And for craziness, also look at synergies. This works the same way as for bloating, but craziness also has so-called Capacity items. In the item section of the wiki they are marked with (C). They reduce the craziness value of your stew at the cost of either being hard to obtain or having negative side-effects.
If 2 conflicting effects are applied on the same stew, the negative effect always wins out! For example: if you have a stew with both poison and regeneration, you'll only be poisoned.

Cleansing removes one effect from your stew, this can remove both negative and positive effects. You won't know what effect has been cleansed untill you eat the stew!
Note: Cleansing cannot remove Bloated or Overbrewed
Other Note: If you have conflicting effects in your stew (example: Poison and Regeneration), and the negative is cleansed, the positive will not be canceled out.
