Teaching Experience:
I taught both online and in-person classes to a diverse range of students, with both large and small class settings. I believe that students learn best when they are in an interactive, and motivating class setting. The core of my teaching pedagogy is based on the three primary goals - 1) Active Learning, 2) Continuous Improvement & Adaptation and 3) Inclusive Learning.

Coding for Game Design (C4GD) is initiative to teach game design and game programming to high school students. I have contributed as the lead game design professor and the coding professor.
Led 12 class sessions of 200 + students throughout the summer program.
Delivered game design and game programming lectures to group of 10 to 20 students per session.
Created an online environment that manages and promotes student learning (2020, 2021, and 2022).
Maintained a class syllabus, assignment log, and additional material helps for the students.
I designed the C4GD program to provide an environment where students could learn and create their projects.
To introduce game-design fundamentals including iteration, playtesting, team participation, documentation, and communication.
To introduce coding skills in an applied context where students could ‘play’ with what they learned.
To cultivate design thinking and the ability to critically examine games and other forms of media.
To promote self-directed learning using freely available resources and creative application of coding skills.
Tech Kids Unlimited - Master Tech Teacher & Technology Program Associate

Tech Kids Unlimited is on a mission to empower neurodiverse students’ lives through computer science and technology skills.
Instructed class for students from ages 7 to 21 years old on the autism spectrum on Python, JavaScript, Roblox Studio, web design, and more.
Presented lectures, lead group discussions, review group projects and provide constructive feedback to neurodiverse students.
Developed curriculum for weeklong, single-day, and special event workshops; submit curriculum for review in a timely manner.
Taught weeklong, single-day, and special event workshops for groups of approx. 15 students, actively engaging with individual students and the full group.
Demonstrated strong classroom management skills.
Collaborated with other classroom staff including assistant teachers, tech counselors, social workers, and occupational therapists.

The purpose of the course is to prepare students for building scripts that control a sequence of program steps such as those used in developing testing and deploying Python software.
Coding for Web
Students will create a portfolio website that represents their individual body of work. The students will investigate different types of portfolio styles and construct a portfolio that is web and physical based, comprised of completed and on-going projects.

Mixed Reality Certificate - Adjunct Professor
Fall 2022
This program gives students the tools and knowledge to create mixed reality worlds. Students will be instructed in game design, game programming, digital 3D modeling, game design, mixed reality design (virtual and augmented reality), independent studio, and portfolio development. This certificate enables students to acquire skills that are attractive to employers in an in-demand field.
Instructed one session of 6 students for 120 minutes, two times each week.
