Behind the Art
Founded in winter 2023, Stevenson.M Shop is a Chicago-based Art & Home Décor Studio created with love, creativity, and a deep passion for self-expression. The business was founded by Meagan Stevenson, a proud Chicago native and graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Performing Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago.
Stevenson.M began as a small creative outlet when Meagan started designing self-care and self-awareness buttons. With her background in the arts and a lifelong love for DIY projects shared with her mother, her ideas quickly grew into something bigger and unique.
By late 2024, the shop expanded into handcrafted beautiful bracelets, keychains, and eventually unique figurines designed by her and by her mother — giving birth to the “Elegant Elephants” collection & Alabaster Jars. This signature line sparked the evolution into more intricate and functional home décor pieces, including custom little jars, coasters, trays, and candleholders.
At Stevenson.M Shop, every piece is a blend of heart, heritage, and handcrafted elegance — perfect for those who love art that speaks and décor that shines with personality.
All Elephants represent her dear grandma and her full memory (Thelma Blue Elephant Warriors) Pay It forward giving back spreading happiness and kindness. Keeping my grandma's memories and kind soul still living and celebrating.
