The class assignment was the development a project, manage its progress by use of project management practices. I selected to do a small subdivision, which included the development of house plans and their architectural character styles. The class required students to give a presentation as a function of the assignment. In this scenario, I had to present a proposed development to a city council board to gain their approval of the project. By showing the intended project would not deviate from the neighboring subdivision’s characteristics.

I performed a precedent study as my aid for the illustration of the design concept. The precedent study was the tool used to communicate the meaning of design intent, as a form of dialogue to a council board. Please take the time to view this assignment as a slide show below.
