Hello! I'm Steve, a seasoned aircraft engineer with over 30 years of dedicated service in the Royal Navy. 

Throughout my career, I've transitioned from hands-on engineering to leadership and management roles, overseeing complex projects and guiding talented teams. My extensive experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of aviation engineering.

In addition to my engineering expertise, I have a strong background in policy development and quality assurance (QA). I have been instrumental in crafting and implementing policies that ensure compliance with industry standards and enhance operational efficiency. My QA experience has enabled me to maintain the highest standards of safety and performance in all projects.

I also have significant experience in coaching and mentoring. My coaching approach focuses on fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment, helping individuals to achieve their full potential and contribute effectively to their teams.

Currently, I am based in Cornwall, UK, where I manage a team of skilled military engineers working alongside industry partners. My focus is on ensuring operational excellence, optimizing processes, and driving innovation within the aviation sector. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative environment and empowering my team to achieve their best.
