Welcome to Sterling Downs Neighborhood Association (SDNA)!
We are glad you are here.
The Sterling Downs Neighborhood Association serves all homeowners, renters, and businesses located between Old County Road and Highway 101 from Ralston Avenue to Sterling View. We are part of District 1 (see Belmont's final district map, established in 2022). Click here to learn more about other neighborhoods and associations in Belmont.
There are approximately 600 homes and residential units, as well as 40 local businesses located in the neighborhood, along with Nesbit School and Alexander Park. Join our association today! Membership is $10/year and includes access to our e-mail list and community events.
This is a community that loves our neighbors, looks forward to celebrating National Night Out together (1st Tuesday of August), and appreciates those who work on behalf of our community (like our beloved postal carrier). We distribute an annual newsletter and also have regular membership meetings (typically in January, March, May, September, & November) to help everyone stay informed and engaged in our neighborhood and the larger community.
