The iLEAD Program for Aspiring Leaders is intended to prepare future leaders to understand the leadership essentials and the core competencies required to be an inclusive leader.
This highly personalized program has the following objectives:
Understanding of one's self and developing the right leadership mindset.
The difference between leaders & managers and understanding various leadership styles.
Core responsibilities and accountabilities to being an effective and inclusive leader.
Building effective relationships while understanding multi-culturalism, different cultural dimensions and its impact in the workplace.
Program Features:
A six month certification program consisting of 10 half day workshops
Lived experience, roleplaying scenarios to better understand leadership objectives
Case study approach to live challenges using the learned objectives to be an effective leader
Participants will be actively involved in selecting, planning and implementing a Social Impact Leadership Initiative
iLEAD - Strengthening Leaders Program
The iLEAD Strengthening Leaders Program is designed for mid-level and senior leaders who are looking to build their executive leadership capabilities to include more diversity, inclusion, accessibility & equity principles and practices.
The objectives of this personalized program are:
Better understanding of one's self and developing and influential and innovative mindset.
Building one's leadership competencies and skills to be more empathetic, accepting and inclusive.
Better understanding of multi-culturalism, the impacts in the workplace and how to appropriately approach and learn from various cultures.
Understanding bias and trauma and the impacts that they have in leadership and decision making.
