Ru Fitzhenry ( Ruanda Terblanche) started her life in dance at the tender age of 3yrs old in Port Elizabeth. At the age of 19 she left home and started her first dance studio in Stellenbosch. She has received formal training and qualifications in ballet, modern, tap, jazz and hip-hop dancing. During her 31 teaching years, SteppingOUT has staged numerous sold out stage productions and won numerous awards in various eisteddfods and competitions.
During her time as an International Choreographer she co-choreographed the Opening Ceremony of the African Cup of Nations in Ghana in 2008. She was also involved in performing and teaching dance sequences to the cast in the 2003 Cricket World Cup held in Cape Town.She co-choreographed a commercial in Romania, Bucharest and choreographed and appeared in local television commercials.
She was part of the original cheerleading team for our South African Stormers rugby team in 2003 and in later years she focused her knowledge and experience to lecturing at an Arts College in Cape Town, qualifying dancers in the profession.
Her vision for the Academy in Wellington is to feed the arts by ultimately offering drama, music and dance all in one beautiful Academy in an equally beautiful town. She is both AIDTA and TDA qualified.

Christelle has been a dancer for 24 years and a teacher for 9 years. She studied performing arts for 3 years at the Stage Performing Arts Studio in Durbanville. She then furthered her studies where she graduated with her International teaching diploma at the Waterfront Theatre School.
Christelle is qualified dance teacher in Modern, Jazz and Tap with ISTD and TDA.
She worked at numerous dance studios and was the proud owner of her own studio in Prince Albert.
Christelle has a great passion for children, and to create and inspire.
