Distance and calorie values are estimates and may vary depending on the device, activity, and available information.

3. Activity Recognition Permission

StepMove may request the Android Physical Activity / Activity Recognition permission when required to provide step-counting functionality.

This permission allows the App to access relevant physical activity information needed for step-counting features.

The information is used to provide features such as:

• Step counting

• Activity tracking

• Daily goals

• Activity history

• Estimated distance

• Estimated calories

StepMove does not use this permission to determine the user's GPS location.

If the permission is denied, step-counting functionality may not work correctly, but other available features of the App may continue to function.

4. Location Information

StepMove does not require GPS location information for its step-counting functionality.

The App does not request or use:

• ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION

• Background GPS location

• GPS-based route tracking

StepMove does not continuously track or record a user's physical location.

If a future version introduces a location-based feature, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that feature is introduced, where required.

5. Advertising

StepMove may use Google AdMob to display advertisements.

When advertisements are displayed, Google AdMob and its partners may process information such as:

• Advertising ID

• Device information

• IP address

• Approximate location derived by advertising services

• App interaction information

• Diagnostic information

Users can delete locally stored App data through the device's App settings where supported.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.

Information stored locally is protected by the security mechanisms provided by the user's device and operating system.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

StepMove does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The App does not require users to create an account or directly provide personal information to use its basic step-counting features.

Depending on your device and operating system, you can:

• Allow or deny Activity Recognition permission

• Allow or deny notification permission

• Change App permissions through device settings

• Reset or delete available activity data

• Clear the App's data through device settings

• Uninstall the App

• Manage available advertising preferences through your device or advertising settings

If Activity Recognition permission is denied, StepMove may not be able to provide its step-counting functionality.

12. Third-Party Services

StepMove may use third-party services, including:

• Google AdMob for advertising

• Android/device activity and motion services for step-counting functionality

These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
