Student Teaching English Program

Club Overview

STEP (Student Teaching English Program) is a club at International Bilingual School of Hsinchu, dedicated to teaching local Taiwanese students English by hosting volunteering services and organizing fun camps in various elementary schools. We hope to see that all Taiwanese children should have the chance to become global citizens and become adept in more than one language. By attending our services and camps, members can have fun interacting with students from different parts of Taiwan, as some of these camps are collaborative efforts with other schools. Through our members’ experiences in our activities, we learn how to improve as both students and teachers, as well as become better leaders, together.

In 2022, we are planning to expand our services all across the globe. Upon developing this website, we aim to provide free access to worksheets, videos, and many resources to come. In hopes that one day we will be able to help serve the world a favor, and give people who are less fortunate a chance to learn.
