About me:
I’m Steph, an online coach with over 15 years in fitness.
I help people lose fat, build muscle and shape, and finally feel like themselves again.
Not through extreme restriction or punishing workouts but with smart, realistic coaching that fits real life.
Because life looks different now.
Work is demanding.
Stress is higher.
Energy and recovery aren’t what they once were.
And pushing harder just doesn’t work anymore.
Most of my clients are already trying to do the right things, but feel stuck, frustrated and disconnected from their bodies. My coaching is built around that reality.

The aim isn’t quick fixes. It’s giving you the tools to lose fat sustainably and build routines you can actually keep.
I’ve helped many women (and men) lose fat, gain definition and feel good in their bodies again - even when they thought they’d tried everything.
And I get it, it's personal too.
In late 2023, I was at peak fitness and health (or so it appeared), out of the blue I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy (not through bad diet/ poor fitness), I stopped training, gained weight, lost muscle and lost my identity. After what felt like eternity, I began to find my new path and rebuild 'me'. It forced me to completely change how I trained, ate and lived. I had to start again with the body I had now - not the one I used to have.
That experience shaped how I coach.
I rebuilt strength, lost the excess weight and found a smarter, more flexible way to train and eat, one that supports health, to feel good and to look good.
This is the approach I share with my clients.
No fads. No pretending you’re 25 again. Just smart adjustments that work - while still enjoying life.

I also offer sample meal plans for structure and have flexibility to adapt them, with variable schedules or social occasions.

I have lived experience and know exactly what it feels like, when you can't do what you used to do, have commitments. But equally want to lose fat, regain shape and strength. To be the best version of you.
For many people, that approach used to work.
But injury, illness, hormonal changes, stress, poor sleep and busy lives all reduce what your body can handle. Generic plans don’t account for this — they assume unlimited energy and recovery.
My coaching works with your current capacity, not an old version of you.
Most clients train in a gym, but programmes can be adapted for:

Most people start with a minimum commitment (8-12 weeks) so we can build consistency and see meaningful progress, through our monthly coaching.
Fat loss, strength and confidence don’t come from quick fixes, they come from sustainable habits over time.
Results vary from person to person, but clients commonly experience:

improved strength and tone
better energy and confidence
more consistency with training and nutrition
Progress is realistic, not rushed. Most of my clients are thrilled and amazed at how soon they can actually feel good again and see the change, with their goal often shifting from purely a number on the scale.
Most clients train 2–4 times per week, with sessions designed to be realistic alongside work, family and life.
We build something you can actually stick to — not an “ideal” routine that falls apart after two weeks.
A little prep work in the first few week then solidifies and makes the rest easier, like planning some favourite meals, tracking consistently as this allows you to reduce decision fatigue and time later on.

I don’t replace medical advice, but I do work alongside it, adapting training and expectations to support safe, confident progress
Hormonal changes often affect energy, recovery, fat loss and confidence.
While I don’t offer medical treatment, I do adapt training, nutrition and expectations to support your body through these changes, without extremes or unnecessary pressure.
In most cases, yes. But in a practical, flexible way.
Tracking is used as a tool for awareness and consistency, not perfection. Some clients track closely, others use ranges or habits depending on what suits them best.
I don’t give rigid meal plans, as realistically you won't stick to it.
Instead, I provide:
calorie and protein targets
guidance, examples and structure
support to make it work in your life
This builds confidence and sustainability long term.
If you’re looking for extremes or rapid transformations in a few weeks, this probably isn’t the right fit, because I can help you do that but after a few weeks smashing it, you likely don't keep the consistency, after plan you would likely go back to your old ways and diets, therefore results don't last and you're stuck in the same old loop.
If you want amazing results that get the fat loss you want and also respect your body, energy and life and actually last, it likely is.
You will see the scale go down within the first weeks, strength increase and habits being formed, if you commit and hit your targets.
