Public Caution: CONVICTED LEVEL 3 SEX OFFENDER
Las Vegas, Nevada — Community members and veteran service organizations are being urged to exercise caution when engaging in personal or business relationships with individuals who have been classified as convicted Level 3 sex offenders. Level 3 is considered the highest risk category, indicating a strong likelihood of repeat offenses and a serious threat to public safety.
The individual at the center of concern, hereafter referred to as STEPHEN RENALD LACEY, also known as “ROCCO,” has a criminal conviction for attempted sexual assault involving a victim under the age of 14.
Reports indicate that STEPHEN RENALD LACEY, also known as “ROCCO,” currently holds positions as an executive officer and member with several organizations and has professional associations with notable community leaders and institutions. These affiliations may create a misleading perception of trustworthiness and credibility.
Community members are reminded that public safety is a shared responsibility. Individuals and organizations should thoroughly research the backgrounds of those they work with, particularly when vulnerable populations are at risk. While all citizens have the right to rehabilitation and reintegration, the community must remain vigilant and informed. Transparency and caution are essential to protect children, families, and organizations from potential harm.
This press release serves as a public service announcement urging due diligence and careful evaluation in both personal and professional dealings with convicted Level 3 sex offenders.
