I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Southampton having recently obtained my PhD at the Astrophysics Research Institute (Liverpool John Moores University) under the supervision of Dr. Renske Smit and Prof. Steve Longmore. I also spent two years of my PhD at the European Southern Observatory (ESO), under the supervision of Dr. Gabriela Calistro Rivera and Dr. Carlos de Breuck after successfully applying to the studentship program.
My main research interests include how Active Galactic Nuclei interact and co-evolve with their host galaxy as well as galaxies in the Epoch of Reionisaton and (see Research for more info).
I am also very passionate about science communication and outreach work, previously completing an internship at ESO in the science communication department and participating in several outreach events, something which I hope to do more of in the future!
