My name is Stephen Ball, and I am aspiring to serve Gallatin County as your treasurer!

I have ample experience in the world of business and accounting, which has me ready to perform the duties of the county treasurer as outlined in the Montana Code Annotated.

I have a Master’s Degree in Professional Accountancy from Montana State University. Some of my work experience over the years involved producing monthly financial statements, working both accounts receivable and accounts payable, filing of personal income and property taxes, and bookkeeping services. I’ve also served the community more generally through volunteer work. I have volunteered with a local nonprofit nearly every week since 2022.
