How’d I Get Here: Dedicated to enhance my abilities as an established educator, I pursued and completed an instructional design certification program, equipping myself with the essential skills and knowledge for a thriving career as an Instructional Designer.
My Drive: Stems from a passion for education and a desire to make learning accessible and engaging for all. I am motivated by the challenge of transforming complex information into clear, interactive, and meaningful content that resonates with learners. Whether it's creating new materials, improving existing ones, or finding innovative ways to engage diverse audiences, I'm driven by the opportunity to enhance learning experiences and contribute to others' growth and success.
My Design Process: I use the ADDIE model as my design process. I start with the Analysis phase, where I assess learning needs and goals, identify the target audience, and define the scope of the project. Next, in the Design and Development stages, I establish learning objectives, structure the content, create a storyboard, and build the course. During the Implementation phase, I set up the learning environment, conduct the training, and actively engage the audience. Finally, in the Evaluation phase, I gather feedback through surveys and formative assessments, analyze the data, and refine the learning experience based on the insights gathered.
What I Bring to the Table: My adaptability to different learning styles, grasp of learning theories, and experience collaborating in team settings are among the essential skills I possess as a successful Instructional Designer. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to join a team of motivated designers.
