I am an interdisciplinary professional with extensive experience spanning translational bench research, higher education administration, and workforce and economic development. My academic background includes advanced training in the biomedical sciences, complemented by progressive leadership roles in student affairs, program development, and workforce development. I have directed initiatives in strategic planning, policy development, curriculum and credential design, and organizational growth, applying evidence-based practices to improve outcomes and foster inclusive learning environments. My research foundation informs a data-driven approach to assessment, project management, and grant development, while my administrative expertise extends to operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management. In addition, I have held elected and service-based leadership positions, guiding governance, advocacy, and community partnerships to advance institutional and student-centered goals.
