Originally from Fargo, North Dakota (no I've never and no you can't convince me to watch the movie or TV show). After completing my B.S. degree at North Dakota State University (NDSU), I worked for 3 years as a research assistant at the University of Maryland, College Park, in the Child Development lab. In 2021, I began graduate school at the University of Iowa, working with Dr. Kai Hwang, studying cognitive control using methods such as EEG, fMRI, and computational modeling. Currently looking for a post-doc in the field of cognitive control, ideally one that will allow me to continue using EEG and fMRI methods in my research.
