Background Research

The Big Picture

We will create an app that minimizes or eliminates phone usage while driving. Texting and phone usage while driving has caused many accidents, and it takes away the driver's attention. It is important to address this rising issue, especially in new drivers.

Principle/Concepts

Our project is an app on MIT App Inventor, and we will use the coding skills we have learned over the semester to create this app. It will use basic app creation concepts like UI and blocks.
