5/20/25 - Strawberry DNA

On May 20th, 2025, our STEMoscopic volunteers partnered with local elementary students to explore the world of science through a hands-on strawberry DNA extraction lab. Activities like these allow young learners to see that science isn’t just in textbooks, rather it’s something they can touch, see, and discover for themselves!

By guiding them step-by-step, our high school volunteers aim to make STEM more meaningful, exciting, and accessible while building confidence and curiosity. At STEMoscopic, we believe that each experiment sparks not only learning, but also leadership in the next generation.
