**IKE Products**（以下「当方」）は、モバイルアプリ「**Stem Capture**」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの個人情報・データの取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
### 1. 基本方針
本アプリの音声処理（ステム分離、ビート検出、再生など）は、**すべてお使いの端末内で完結**します。当方は、ユーザーの音声、読み込んだファイル、その他の個人データを**外部サーバーへ送信・収集・保存しません**。
### 2. 当方が収集する情報
当方は、ユーザーを識別できる個人情報を**収集しません**。本アプリは、解析対象の音声ファイルや生成したステム・履歴などを**端末内のローカル領域にのみ保存**します。これらのデータは外部へ送信されず、ユーザーは本アプリ内でいつでも削除できます。
### 3. 権限の利用目的
本アプリは機能提供のために以下の権限を使用することがありますが、いずれも**端末内処理のため**であり、取得した情報を外部送信しません。
- **マイク（録音）**: 録音した音声をステム分離・解析するため。
- **他アプリの音声キャプチャ（メディアプロジェクション）**: ユーザーの操作で他アプリの再生音を取り込み、端末内で解析するため。
- **ファイル/メディアへのアクセス**: ユーザーが選択した音声ファイルを読み込むため。
- **フォアグラウンドサービス**: 解析・再生をバックグラウンドでも継続するため。
- **他アプリの上に重ねて表示（オーバーレイ）**: 録音操作用のコントロールを表示するため。
### 4. 第三者サービス
本アプリの配信、課金（プレミアム購入）、およびAIモデルの配信には **Google Play** を利用します。これらに関する情報の取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。当方はユーザーの支払い情報にアクセスしません。本アプリは、解析・広告・トラッキングを目的とした第三者SDKを**使用していません**。
### 5. 広告・解析
本アプリは**広告を表示せず**、利用状況の解析（アナリティクス）やトラッキングを**行いません**。
### 6. データの第三者提供・販売
当方は、ユーザーのデータを第三者へ**提供・販売しません**（そもそも収集していません）。
### 7. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
### 8. データの保持と削除
本アプリが扱うデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。ユーザーは本アプリ内の操作、またはアプリのアンインストールにより、いつでもデータを削除できます。

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。変更時は本ページの最終更新日を更新します。

**IKE Products** ("we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy for the mobile application "**Stem Capture**" (the "App").
### 1. Overview
All audio processing in the App (stem separation, beat detection, playback, etc.) is performed **entirely on your device**. We do **not** transmit, collect, or store your audio, imported files, or any personal data on external servers.
### 2. Information We Collect
We do **not** collect personally identifiable information. The App stores audio files to be processed, generated stems, and history **only in local storage on your device**. This data is never transmitted externally, and you can delete it at any time within the App.
### 3. Permissions and Their Purpose
The App may use the following permissions, all solely for **on-device processing**. No information obtained is transmitted externally.
- **Microphone (recording):** to record audio for stem separation and analysis.
- **Capturing audio from other apps (media projection):** to import playback audio from other apps, by your action, for on-device analysis.
- **File / media access:** to load audio files you select.
- **Foreground service:** to continue analysis and playback in the background.
- **Display over other apps (overlay):** to show recording controls.
### 4. Third-Party Services
The App uses **Google Play** for distribution, in-app purchases (premium), and AI model delivery. Handling of related information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not access your payment information. The App does **not** use any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
### 5. Ads and Analytics
The App displays **no ads** and performs **no** usage analytics or tracking.
### 6. Sharing and Sale of Data
We do **not** share or sell your data to third parties (we do not collect it in the first place).
### 7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.
### 8. Data Retention and Deletion
Data handled by the App is stored only on your device. You can delete it at any time through in-app actions or by uninstalling the App.
### 9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as needed. The "Last updated" date above will be revised upon changes.
