Accommodations

 

Main Salon:

· Bright, airy salon is centrally located aft of the galley midships, with a large pass-through between.  

· Finished walls with white Formica for a clean, bright appearance, and varnished ash trim for a warm, classic look.

· Port side L-shaped settee (with abundant storage below) with rosewood inlaid dining/ coffee table adjustable for size and height 

· Comfortable dining for up to 6 people with additional leaf and two stowable chairs

· Forward of the settee is a large built-in desk with four drawers.

· Built-in end table with drawers and stereo system in overhead cabinetry above.

· Three built -in, flush lockers under windows along starboard side provide deep storage for easy access to stores.

· Stressless recliner with its own footstool can rotate to a variety of positions. There is room for a second recliner.

· Recessed lighting through main saloon and galley provides daytime utility and dimmed lighting by night

· Primary salon HVAC unit and TV located forward on starboard side.

· Second salon HVAC unit under settee which also serves the aft head

· Two opening windows in main saloon and heavy, dogged aft door with removable, zippered screen

· Steps aft (with hinged lids for deep storage) lead up to aft deck and centerline steps lead down to aft stateroom.

·Large hinged, insulated engine room access hatch beneath small rug

 

Pilothouse:

· Entry from galley area up four steps, or access from port and starboard weather deck via heavy, dogged doors with removable screens.

· Comfortable, bright area with excellent forward space visibility with her raised pilothouse.

· All instruments and controls within easy reach on Formica and ash trimmed console for efficient piloting.

· Two large lockers forward accommodate computer system and provide access to helm wiring, as well as ample storage for equipment.
· A hanging locker provides ready access to foul weather gear.

· A long Ultraleather bench raised for excellent visibility with hinged-lid footrest provides comfortable seating for several people and doubles as a watch berth. 

· Overhead mounted stereo/CD player.

· Large chart drawer under upholstered bench.

· Removable bookcase above bench seating provides wiring access to underside of Flybridge console. 

· Additional counter space on either side for other equipment.

· Two small opening windows with removable screens aft on port and starboard provide ventilation 

 

Galley:

· Located on the port side, forward of the main salon and just aft of the pilot house.

· Large workspace above refrigeration units is finished with high gloss epoxied rosewood and ash, white Corian with decorative heat resistant tile inlays.

· Large capacity Grunert holding plate refrigeration (18 cu.ft.) and freezer (9 cu.ft.) provide ample space and long-term temperature stability. 

· Separate temperature gauges allow easy monitoring.  Additional Bluetooth temperature sensor.

· Equipped with a microwave, double stainless-steel sink with spray head and disposal, and a 3-burner Force 10 gas stove with oven [2008].

· Crystal locker accommodates glassware and wine stems.

· Six overhead lockers, three bins, seven drawers and a tall pantry provide ample storage space for tableware, cookware, linens, and kitchen equipment. 

· A mounted spice rack provides easy access near the stove and is removable for wiring access.

· Opening window on port above galley sink and on opposite starboard side for balanced light.

· Across the galley passageway, starboard side, are the electrical distribution panels, the salon HVAC, and TV. 

· Adjacent to the electrical panels is a locker containing the water maker controls. 

· Pilot house access via steps with large, hinged lid storage underneath.

 

Laundry Room and Pantry:

· Conveniently located a few steps down from the galley just aft of the forward stateroom

· Floor to ceiling shelving provides generous storage for pantry staples.

· Separate Miele high-efficiency washer and dryer [2009].

· Large cedar-lined walk-in closet across from pantry with shelves and a hanging rod provides convenient and easily accessible storage for housekeeping items or forward stateroom clothing.

 

Forward Stateroom:

· Roomy and well-lit cabin with large double berth to port and a settee to starboard

· The back of the settee lifts to create two berths with the lower one excellent for overnight passages.

· A small desk with bench provides a table for vanity, computer, or sewing machine.

· Six extra-large drawers under the berth and settee, four corner lockers, and bins below the desk provide additional storage.

· Four operable stainless steel portlights with removable screens provide ventilation.

· HVAC unit under port berth also serves the forward head

 

Forward Head:

· Head is fitted with an electric, freshwater flush Raritan Crown II marine toilet with storage lockers above and deep lockers forward.

· White Corian trimmed with ash, the sink area has additional storage above, below, and forward.

· The ceramic tile shower is all the way forward with a deck hatch overhead supplying ventilation and abundant natural light.

· Additional natural light provided by an overhead deck prism.

· 25 gallon holding tank and discharge pump in nearby forward chain locker

 

Aft Stateroom:

· Airy, private, and comfortable space.

· The aft stateroom, accessed from the salon, has two comfortable, extra-long, extra-wide sea berths port and starboard.
· Outboard of the berths is varnished white ash to compliment the classic white Formica and varnished ash trim.

· Large bookcases are mounted at the foot of each berth 

· Large built-in bureau between the berths has 8 drawers and houses the aft cabin HVAC unit. [2018]

·     There are 2 extra-large drawers beneath the starboard berth; the aft holding tank is beneath the port berth.

· Over the center of the bureau are two mirrors, and a varnished ash wall cabinet where a TV could be mounted

· Two overhead hatches (with screens) provide light and ventilation

· Four opening ports with screens above the berths

·   12-volt fans above each berth

 

Walk-In Aft Closet

· Accessed from the aft cabin, is a large, cedar lined walk-in closet

· Well-lit with operable port light

· Long clothes rod and 4 wide, extra deep shelves

 

Aft Head:

· Located forward of the port berth with electric, freshwater flush Raritan Crown II marine toilet and Corian sink trimmed in varnished ash with large storage area underneath.

· Extra deep mirrored cabinet for storage of sundries, paper goods and towels.

· Ceramic tile shower with removable and adjustable shower head.

· Opening port light with screen & decorative etched glass for privacy provides ventilation and natural light.

· 55 gallon holding tank, discharge pump and timed aerator under port berth

 

Flybridge:

· Accessed by stairs from the aft deck, the flybridge provides a steering console centrally located forward with helm, engine and steering controls, and communication equipment.

· Sliding windows provide all weather ventilation to the pilot house

· Flybridge forward cushioned bench seats 4 people comfortably, also housing 3 x 30 lb aluminum propane tanks underneath, with additional deep storage space on the starboard side.

· Just aft of the forward bench is another large cushioned bench aft facing bench above lockers, then a large teak table with drop down leaves and center storage.

· Facing forward to the teak table is another cushioned bench above a chest freezer.

· Aft on the port side is a slide out drawer with gas connection for a potential gas grill.

· The helm and forward bench are covered by a large Sunbrella dodger with stainless steel bows. Another optional Sunbrella awning keeps the entire flybridge table and seating area shaded.

· The dry exhaust structure doubles as support for the outriggers.  A bridge between them is a platform for lights, whip antennas, TV antennae, radar antennae and has mast steps for access.

· A mounted, four-person offshore Viking life raft with hydrostatic release

· Flybridge Frigibar freezer

·    Aft on the flybridge is a hooded engine room exhaust mounted
