Services for faculty include compilation and formatting of tenure/promotion review packets, reviews/edits of curricula vitae, reviews/edits of cover letters and resumes, and editing/formatting of publications for books, periodicals, and conference presentations.
50% of the rate is due before work begins, with the other half due when the edited document is complete. Payment is accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.

Tenure review packets are priced at a flat rate of $750. Packet documents can include a format of the curriculum vita, an edit of the personal narrative/self evaluation, a compilation/summary of annual evaluations, a compilation/summary of teaching effectiveness assessments, and any additional documentation required by your institution.
One review/edit of cover letter: $125
One review/edit of resume: $200
One review/edit of cover letter and one review/edit of resume: $300
One review/edit of curriculum vita: $400

Edits to articles for academic journals are priced at a flat rate, depending on the number of revisions needed. If multiple versions of the same article are needed to conform to the specific submission requirements of different journals, an additional flat rate per version will apply. Edits include style guide formatting (APA, MLA, Chicago/Turabian, etc.), grammar, spelling, and reference/citation cleanup.
One review/edit of one article for submission to one academic journal: $300
Additional reviews/edits of the same article for submission to multiple journals: $100 per additional version
Edits to manuscripts are priced at $0.025 per word. Additional edits of the same, previously edited manuscript are priced at $0.02 per word. The document word count and total rate will be confirmed and agreed upon prior to editing. Turnaround time is approximately two weeks after receipt of your documents. A rush charge of an additional 20% applies if edits are needed sooner than two weeks.
