MOOC  GLOBAL STATISTICS: composite indicators for international comparisons

Jointly created with ETH  Zürich and several international organizations in collaboration with professors, presidents of statistical offices, UN staff and politicians. You will learn the general approach of constructing composite indicators in theory and practice along popular examples like the human development index, presented by their creators, and critically discussed by international experts and users.

Every second year (except in Covid19 pandemic years), the Summer School course “Policy Evaluation” offers a comprehensive understanding of advanced techniques of policy evaluation through a powerful combination of theoretical classes and applied examples.

The faculty is a mix of internationally renowned academics and policy analysts working at some of the most influential international organisations and public administrations.
