ADUs

The homeowner originally called me out to convert his 2-car detached garage into an ADU. Upon meeting me I took notes and gave all possible scenarios so that he could make a better informed decision. Looking at the lot we utilized it to the fullest without sacrificing the detached garage which provides much needed storage already. The ADU placement works with the site and utilizes the space to the fullest complimenting the primary residence.
