What to bring? Label all their belongings. Dog bed / Dogs diet / Dogs food bowl / Toys / Treats / Anything with their human’s scent is encouraged (T-shirt)

Are the dogs being watched full time? Yes! I dedicate myself 100% to the care of the dogs. & if I ever need to run errands or anything I leave someone incharge while I am gone. 

Are you insured? Yes, I am insured by Business Insurers of the Carolinas 

Where do the dogs sleep? Dogs sleep depending on their needs. The dogs who are crate trained sleep in crates. Those with separation anxiety sleep with me or in my parents bedroom. & those who just sleep loose will have their own area separated by baby gates since at night I don’t like having dogs from different households together since I am not supervising them.

Will you send me updates? Yes, I try my best to keep parents updated but you can also feel free to check in for an update via text during appropriate hours. I also post daily as much as I can on my instagram and facebook story with cute pics and updates of what the dogs are up to. Keep in mind during peak season, there may be a delay in responding right away and a slowdown of post on busy weekends. 

Are big and small dogs ever together? Depends, they can be. Many of my clients have sibblings which arent their size, so dogs who are comfortable with eachother get grouped together. At times when I have a client who doesnt feel comfortable with another dog they are simply seperated with outdoor playtime and indoors seperated by babygates as needed. However, dogs under 10 lb are strictly only with small dogs.

Will you work with a pet that has a history of aggression? No, meet and greets are cruicial and mandatory for all new clients. All my clients must be friendly with other dogs and humans! 

Are there specific drop off and pick up times? Times are flexible. However additional charges may apply outside of our "regular" hours. Hours are displayed on "Contact" page.

Does my dog need a flea & tick preventative? Not required. Although it is highly recoomended. Heartworm preventatives are also encouraged. 

How does payment work? Payment can be paid at drop off, or at pick up via zelle or cash. Keep in mind if original estimated drop off and pick up time differ by more than 2 hours additional charges may apply. Rates are based per night per 24 hour.

Do you have any breed restrictions? Yes, American Pit Bull Terriers, Miniature Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers, Wolf Dogs, Dogo Argentinos, Presa Canarios, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows (or mixed breeds that have the appearance or characteristics of one of these breeds).

What happens if my dog gets hurt? In the case of an emergency, we will promptly transport your pet to the nearest vet and contact you and/or your emergency contact as soon as possible. For non-emergencies, we will first attempt to reach you or your emergency contact to determine how you would like us to proceed.

Can my dog get groomed? I am not licensed to groom dogs so unfortuntly that service isnt provided by me. However, you can book a mobile groomer to come groom your dog at my house the day before or day of pick up.

Does my dog need to be spayed/neutered? Small breeds are not required. Male, medium/large dogs must be after their first birthday additional fee applies. 

Do you accept large breeds? Yes, however space is limited and large dogs must be crate trained.
