The ENB is a merit-based program funded by the Bavarian state. Among other things, they funded my research stay at the NIBB in Okazaki, Japan.

A highly competitive scholarship program, that supports fewer than 0.4% of German students.
Besides the financial aid, the program offers many opportunities for networking, learning and developing own ideas. I took part in summer academies, a spanish course, the life science college (Lebenswissenschaftliches Kolleg) and many cultural activities.
