What products do you offer in STECHub?
STEC Hub offers t-shirts, mugs, tote bags and school supplies.
How do I order?
After choosing your desired product, click the "Order Now!" button. Fill in your personal information completely and accurately. Choose your product/s you intend to purchase and also your payment and delivery method. Then, click “Submit”. Wait for the invoice of your order from the STEC Hub Accounts. After confirming, your order will be recorded and processed.
What are the payment methods?
We accept Cash on Pick-up (COP), Cash on Delivery (COD), and GCash.
How do I pay?
You may pay after picking up and receiving the delivered product, or you may choose to pay through GCash, and a proof of payment or receipt is needed.
In which areas do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere within Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
You can expect your order to arrive one week after the pre-order period has ended.
What are your delivery methods?
We accept self-pickup and local delivery. The self-pickup method will be in the Science and Technology Education Center (STEC), Basak Lapu-Lapu City. While the local delivery is only within Lapu-Lapu City, The delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer. There will be no additional fee for the self pickup delivery method.
How much do you charge for deliveries?
Shipping is calculated and checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within the pre-order period. However, cancellation of orders is strictly prohibited after the pre-order period.
Can I request a return/refund?
If ever you receive a wrong item or the item is damaged, we will compensate the product by giving you the same product for the next batch of pre-orders. It means you will receive the compensated product in the next batch of orders.
Do you offer customized or personalized designs?
Yes. You can either send your exact design to be printed or your desired design that will be used as reference for the design team in designing your product.
Are you accepting orders anytime?
STECHub opens pre-orders every month. Once the pre-order ends, we will no longer accept orders.
Do you accept rush orders?
No. Unfortunately, the STEC Hub Team does not accept rush orders since product preparation takes time as well as the team has other matters to focus on. We hope for your understanding.
Do customers pay for fees in meet-up mode of payment?
Yes. There will be a Php 15 transaction fee for meet-ups.
Is there only one meet-up schedule for every collection?
Yes. there is only one meet-up schedule for every collection. If customers are not available in the final meet-up schedule, they will be advised to switch their mode of delivery to local delivery via Maxim.
