In this creative art activity, children will make a big space-themed collage. First, they will talk about what they see in space: planets, rockets, stars, the Moon, and maybe friendly aliens! Then, they will use different materials like colored paper, foil, old magazines, stickers, or recycled items to cut out and create shapes.
Working together in small groups or as a whole class, they will glue their shapes onto a large piece of paper to make a colorful space picture. They can add planets, stars, rockets, comets, and maybe even an astronaut.
Finally, they will describe their collage in simple English words and present it to the group or to partner schools in the project. The collage can be displayed in the classroom or turned into a digital poster to share online.
