Unless Stealth Monarch expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the version of each agreement presented or linked to your invoice or transaction at the time of acceptance will govern that transaction.
Payment Authorization and Financial Responsibility Terms
These terms govern payments, deposits, installment arrangements, recurring charges, payment-device authorizations, third-party payment devices, final-sale transactions, payment disputes, chargebacks, collection expenses, and other financial responsibilities.
Client Service Agreement
This agreement establishes the general terms governing services provided by Stealth Monarch, including the scope of services, client responsibilities, communications, processing times, document review, revisions, service limitations, confidentiality, dispute resolution, and completion of services.
Electronic Records and Digital Signature Agreement
This agreement authorizes Stealth Monarch to provide agreements, invoices, notices, disclosures, records, and other documents electronically. It also confirms that electronic signatures, checkboxes, payment authorizations, online acceptances, and similar electronic actions may have the same effect as handwritten signatures.
Third-Party Payment Device Authorization
These terms apply whenever a client uses a card, bank account, digital wallet, mobile device, or other payment method belonging to another person. The client confirms that advance permission was obtained from the payment-device owner and accepts personal responsibility for any resulting dispute, reversal, chargeback, collection expense, or legal expense.
