Stealth Learning is an educational platform that uses gamification to build a dynamic learning community. The platform aims to create an engaging and fun experience for users while delivering the essential resources needed to excel in the CSC/PRC, DOST, and college entrance tests.

Welcome to Stealth Learning ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our mobile application (the "App").

By accessing or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access or use the App.

We collect only the information necessary to provide core functionality, improve user experience, and ensure security. This data falls into the following categories:

A. Personal Information (Provided by You)

When you use Google Sign-In to authenticate your identity, we collect the following limited personal data:

• Name: To personalize your user profile.

• Email Address: For account management, authentication, and communication.

• Profile Picture: To display within your user profile (if available).

• User Content: Any data you explicitly save, upload, or sync within the App (stored via Firebase Realtime Database or Cloud Firestore).

B. Technical & Usage Data (Automated Collection)

We automatically collect certain non-personal information to analyze app performance and stability via Google Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics. This may include:

• Device type and model

• Operating system version

• App crash reports and performance logs

• Advertising ID (for AdMob, where applicable)

• Interaction data (e.g., features used, session duration)

C. Financial Information

Our App offers in-app purchases via Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or financial details. All payment transactions are processed securely by Google.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data solely for the following purposes:

1. Authentication: To create and securely manage your account via Firebase Authentication.

2. Service Delivery: To sync your progress and data across devices using Firebase Realtime Database and Firestore.

3. Functionality: To run background timers for matchmaking services and ensure data synchronization.

4. Improvement: To analyze crashes and optimize App performance.

5. Advertising: To display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob.

4. Device Permissions

To provide specific features, our App requires the following permissions. You may revoke these permissions in your device settings, though this may impact app functionality.

• Internet & Network State: Required for all online features, including sign-in, database syncing, and ads.

• Foreground Service: Used to maintain critical active timers (e.g., matchmaking or sync services) even when the user navigates away from the app screen.

• Receive Boot Completed: Allows the App to restart essential background services (such as matchmaking timers) automatically after a device reboot.

• Post Notifications: To send you important alerts regarding app activity or status updates.

Note: We do not request access to your contacts, file storage, microphone, or camera.

5. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our services. These third parties act as data processors and have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them:

• Revocation: You may revoke Google Sign-In access at any time via your Google Account security settings.

• Deletion: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data. You may initiate this request directly within the App settings or by using our Data Deletion Request Form.

  • Upon verification, your data will be removed from our active databases within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately. We will take steps to delete such information from our records.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (including encryption via HTTPS and secure Firebase rules) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by posting the new policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
