We value your privacy, by signing in, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Our app only collects limited personal information through Google Sign-In. Specifically, we collect the following data provided by Google upon user authentication:

Your name
Your email address
Your profile picture (if available)

This information is used solely for the following purposes:

To create and manage your account
To personalize your experience within the app
To securely authenticate your identity

We do not collect any personal or sensitive user data beyond what is necessary to provide core functionality, such as Google Sign-In, Firebase services (Authentication, Realtime Database, Firestore, and Analytics), advertising (AdMob), and in-app purchases (Google Play Billing). To keep the app running smoothly, we may work with trusted services (like Google and Firebase) for sign-in, ads, analytics, and payments. They only receive the information needed to provide these features, and each has its own privacy policy.

All data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and Google Play policies.

Permissions

Our app uses standard permissions such as internet access and network status checks to enable core features. It also uses RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED to restart the matchmaking timer service after a device reboot, FOREGROUND_SERVICE to keep timers or sync running with a visible notification, and POST_NOTIFICATIONS to show important app-related alerts. No access to personal files, photos, contacts, or other sensitive data is requested or used.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the app or provide any information through it.

If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a user under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.

By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or that you are using the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Information We Collect

Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication): When you sign in, we may receive your name, email, and profile picture from your Google account.
App Usage Data (Google Analytics for Firebase): We collect anonymous usage data (such as crash reports) to improve the app.

Request account deletion by contacting us at stealthlearningph@gmail.com with your request. Once your account is deleted, associated data will be permanently removed from our systems, unless retention is required by law.
