Welcome Voucher
Exclusive to STEADY+ members, with a total value of up to RM100, valid for 6 months.
The RM100 is divided into five (5) vouchers of RM20 each, issued one per month:
i. First voucher: valid from the membership activation date until the end of the following month (e.g., activated on 27 March, valid until 30 April).
ii. Second to fourth vouchers: each becomes valid on the 1st of the month following the expiry of the previous voucher, valid for 1 month.
iii. Fifth voucher: becomes valid on the 1st of the month following the expiry of the fourth voucher, valid for 2 months.
No minimum spend required.
Each voucher must be used within its validity period; expired vouchers will not be reissued.
Voucher expiry dates can be viewed in STEADY PACK EZYMEMBER.
Welcome Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers and can only be redeemed via the STEADY PACK EZYMEMBER App platform. Printed copies, screenshots, or other forms of duplication will not be accepted.

Members are entitled to redeem one (1) birthday voucher per calendar year, subject to the followings:
i. Redemption is applicable for active Steady Packaging members only.
ii. VIP members are entitled to receive a RM 10 e-voucher.
iii. STEADY+ members are entitled to receive a RM 20 e-voucher.
iv. No minimum spending is required.
Birthday vouchers are valid only during the member’s birth month, which effective from the 1st day until the last day of the birth month.
For new registered members, e-vouchers & other benefits will only be accessible once the membership tier (VIP or STEADY+) is officially displayed under 'Card Type' in the App. If a member’s birthday falls in the month of registration, the voucher will be valid from the membership activation date until the last day of the month.
Birthday e-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers. Birthday e-vouchers can only be redeemed via the STEADY PACK EZYMEMBER App platform. Printed copies, screenshots, or other forms of duplication will not be accepted.

Steady Packaging membership points can be redeemed for e-vouchers via the STEADY PACK EZYMEMBER App. Every 500 points = RM 5.00 e-voucher. A minimum of 500 points required per redemption and no minimum spend required for the use of the redeemed voucher.
E-voucher redeemed via the App using membership points shall remain valid only until the last day of the calendar month in which it was redeemed.
If a member fails to use the e-voucher within the validity period, the redeemed e-voucher will automatically expire and will not be reissued, replaced, or extended.

Referral Reward Voucher

Only STEADY+ members are eligible to use.
Referral Reward Voucher will be verified based on the Membership Form; referrals made through the app’s referral program are not eligible for vouchers.
STEADY+ members need to refer 3 new members to join STEADY+ to receive a cash voucher of up to RM 200. (valid for 6 month)
RM 200 will be divided into ten (10) vouchers of RM 20 each, with 2 vouchers of RM 20 issued each month.
i. First voucher: valid from the membership activation date until the end of the following month (e.g., activated on 27 March, valid until 30 April).
ii. Second to eighth vouchers: each becomes valid on the 1st of the month following the expiry of the previous voucher, valid for 1 month.
iii. Ninth and tenth vouchers: becomes valid on the 1st of the month following the expiry of the eighth voucher, valid for 2 months.
No minimum spend required.
Each voucher must be used within its validity period; expired vouchers will not be reissued.
