Important Notice:

To become a member of Steady Packaging, please read, understand and agree to all the following terms and conditions.

1. Applications are open to all individuals aged 16 and above, regardless of nationality.

2. Each individual is permitted to apply for ONE (1) Steady Packaging Membership, identified by a unique Identity Card (IC) and Mobile Number.

3. Steady Packaging Membership Card is digital-only and accessible exclusively via the STEADY PACK EZYMEMBER App. Physical card will not be issued.

4. Staffs at Steady Packaging are strictly prohibited from using their personal Membership Card for customer transactions.

5. Steady Packaging Membership is valid for ONE (1) year from the date of activation, expiring on the last day of the corresponding month of the following year.

6. After registration and successfully paid at the counter, membership activation typically takes 12-24 hours during working days. To ensure data security and accurate account reconciliation, activation may be deferred to the next working day if registration occurs on non-working days (including Sundays and Public Holidays). Privileges take effect once the respective tier (VIP or STEADY+) is displayed under "Card Type" in the App.

7. FEES & CHARGES:

7.1 VIP Members:

a. RM 20 for First-time VIP registration fee

b. RM 10 subsequent renewal fee [valid for ONE (1) year]

7.2 STEADY+ Members:

a. RM 199.  (Applicable for both First-time registration fee and subsequent annual renewal fee.)

7.3 GENERAL

a. Each membership tier comes with its own privileges and benefits.

b. All fees are strictly non-refundable once processed.

8. MEMBER CARD / APPS

Members need to present their digital card in STEADY PACK EZYMEMBER App, or provide their Identity Card number or mobile number to the cashier before or during every transaction to enjoy membership privileges, including collecting points, member prices, etc.

9. EARN POINTS

a. Members earn points based on their membership tiers. Points earned will be automatically credited to the member’s account upon a successful transaction.

b. For every RM3.00 spent on eligible purchases at Steady Packaging Miri outlets, members earn points as follows:

i. VIP Members: 1 Point.

ii. STEADY+ Members: 1.5 Points.

c. Points are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be redeemed for any goods or services outside the approved redemption programme.

d. Points earned under a valid membership have no expiry date as long as the membership remains active or is renewed within the grace period.

e. In the event of a refund or product return, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted.

10. E-VOUCHERS

a. All vouchers are digital only (“e-voucher”) and must be redeemed or used via the App by scanning the QR code. Physical vouchers will not be issued.  Printed copies, screenshots, or any other form of duplicated vouchers will not be accepted.

b. All e-vouchers, points, and other rewards are personal and non-transferable. They may not be sold, gifted, transferred, or duplicated for use by others. Any violation may result in cancellation or forfeiture of the rewards.

d. Steady Packaging reserves the right of final interpretation if the vouchers cannot be used due to system errors or force majeure.

11. BIRTHDAY VOUCHER

a. Members are entitled to redeem one (1) birthday voucher per calendar year, subject to the followings:

i. Redemption is applicable for active Steady Packaging members only.

ii. VIP members are entitled to receive a RM 10 e-voucher.

iii. STEADY+ members are entitled to receive a RM 20 e-voucher.

iv. No minimum spending is required.

b. Birthday vouchers are valid only during the member’s birth month, which effective from the 1st day until the last day of the birth month.

c. For new registered members, e-vouchers & other benefits will only be accessible once the membership tier (VIP or STEADY+) is officially displayed under 'Card Type' in the App.  If a member’s birthday falls in the month of registration, the voucher will be valid from the membership activation date until the last day of the month.

d. Birthday e-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers. Birthday e-vouchers can only be redeemed via the STEADY PACK EZYMEMBER App platform. Printed copies, screenshots, or other forms of duplication will not be accepted.

12. POINT REDEMPTION

a. Steady Packaging membership points can be redeemed for e-vouchers via the STEADY PACK EZYMEMBER App. Every 500 points = RM 5.00 e-voucher. A minimum of 500 points required per redemption and no minimum spend required for the use of the redeemed voucher.

b. E-voucher redeemed via the App using membership points shall remain valid only until the last day of the calendar month in which it was redeemed.

c. If a member fails to use the e-voucher within the validity period, the redeemed e-voucher will automatically expire and will not be reissued, replaced, or extended.

13. RENEW MEMBERSHIP

a. Members are requested to renew their membership at the counter before it expires to avoid any issues with their account or points.

b. A ninety (90) day grace period is granted from the expiry date to renew their membership. During this grace period, the account remains "Inactive." Members cannot earn points, redeem or use vouchers, or enjoy member discounts etc., until the renewal fee is successfully paid and the account is reactivated.

c. Although points do not expire, failure to renew within the grace period will result in the forfeiture of all earned points without further notice.

14. REFERRAL PROGRAM

a. Referrers will earn referral points based on their own membership tier:

i. VIP members: 10 points per successful referral.

ii. Steady+ members: 50 points per successful referral.

b. Referrers earn referral points based on their current tier at the time of the referral, regardless of the membership tier joined by the Referee.

c. To qualify for points, the Referrer’s details must be clearly stated on the Referee’s Membership Form during registration.  Points currently will not be awarded for referrals made through the App's "Referral Program".

d. Points will be credited to the Referrer's account only after the Referee's membership has been successfully processed and changed to "Active" member. 

e. Steady Packaging reserves the rright to forfeit or reverse any referral points if the registration is found to be duplicated, fraudulent, or if the Referee's membership is terminated/refunded within thirty (30) days of activation.

15. EXTENDED WARRANTY PRIVILEGE

a. This privilege is applicable exclusively to STEADY+ Members.

b. STEADY+ Members who purchase Machines Series products, but excluded Electrical series (branded Milux), shall entitled to an additional ONE (1) month warranty, which shall be added to the original warranty period provided for the respective product.

c. Consumable parts are expressly excluded from this privilege.

d. The additional warranty shall only be valid where the STEADY+ Member’s purchase is clearly reflected on the original sales receipt for the Machines Series product.

e. The warranty period shall commence from the original date of purchase, as stated on the receipt.

f. This warranty extension is non-transferable and is subject to all other applicable terms and conditions.

g. The Company reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw this benefit at any time without prior notice. 

16. DISCRETION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

a. Steady Packaging reserves the right to amend, replace, change or terminate the membership program or specific benefits at any time without prior notification.

b. Steady Packaging shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from system errors, technical failures, or unauthorized account access.

c. By registering, downloading or installing to use the App, the Member consents to Steady Packaging collecting and processing personal data (IC & Mobile Number) for membership management and marketing purposes in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
