Not with us. Because we use Flatbed Tow Trucks, your vehicle is lifted entirely off the ground. This eliminates the risk of bumper scrapes or transmission damage that can happen with traditional "hook and chain" tow trucks.

2. How long will it take for the driver to reach me?

While traffic in Houston can be unpredictable, we prioritize emergency calls. On average, we aim to be at your location within 20-35 minutes in our primary service areas.

3. Do you offer services other than towing?

Yes! We are a full-service roadside provider. We can help with battery jump-starts, flat tire changes (using your spare), fuel delivery, and lockout assistance.
