How We Work
Pilot Phase - At first, let us earn your Trust!
We offer getting back to you with quality candidates within a week (Max)! Or even sooner! We do not directly send resumes to our clients. At first we conduct an initial interview to verify the candidates competency, communication skills, background and job preferences and then we send only the best fit candidates to our clients. We offer 30% discount from out original prices during this phase of our relationship. Only if you feel comfortable with our results, you can select any of our services!
Partnership Stage
In our RPO service, the very first thing we do is collect information regarding the position/s you are trying to fill. We will prepare the job description and finalize based on your confirmation. We will prepare and post the job posts and have applicants entering our Talent Pool along with the ones we already have. We will interview, conduct competency tests and/or personality tests based on your preference and complete reference checks and shortlist the best resources from our pool of both new and existing talents. Then we will share their details with you along with a SWOT analysis for each candidate. Once you give us the go-ahead, we will then schedule interviews with you and from there, you can select your desired candidate and make the offer.
We only take payment once the candidate goes into a contract with you!
Our other services follows the same process (a Pilot phase and then the locked-in stage). During the pilot phase you can have a 30% discount from our original prices in all our services!
Get your desired results and then pay
For our Consultancy Services, we take payment half at the beginning and half at the end of the service.
For any service, we only take the payment when you have your desired result! Not before!
