Download the allotment memo from the university admission portal. (steps to download the allotment memo is given below).
The link of SBI collect to pay the tuition fee at college office will send to you directly. For this please contact college office.
Pay the fee and save the receipt.
Mail the allotment memo or Confirmation letter (for Management and Community Quota only), e-receipt (using the link admission portal in the home page) digital copy of TC and Conduct Certificate to the gmail id 'stckadmission@gmail.com'.
Fill the student details in the online admission register (using the link admission register in the home page).
Ensure that the originals of TC and Conduct Certificate will reach the college office within 15 working days [bring it directly or send it through a registered post to the address - Principal, St Thomas College, Kozhencherry, 689641 only].
Students who are eligible for fee concession are advised to contact the college office during office hours.
Students in need of hostel accommodation (for girls only) are advised to contact the Management Office during office hours.
Contact the admission nodal officer during office hours to clarify your doubts related to admission procedures.
Pay the allotment fee: Please login to your account and you can see the allotment details in the dashboard. Then click on the green button 'Click here to pay the allotment fee' placed below it . The amount will display in a window and proceed to pay the said amount using any one of the online payment mode available there.
Select admission mode: Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the university has arranged an online facility to select the mode of admission to students. Please select either 'Permanent Admission' or 'Temporary Admission' and submit it. Once you submit the mode of admission it is impossible to change it (especially in the case of permanent admission). So think twice before you leap!!!!.
Print the allotment memo: It is necessary to submit the hard copy of the allotment memo for permanent admissions. It is also better to keep a copy of the allotment memo for the temporary admissions. It will serve you in the time of disputes arises (if any) at the time of admissions.

Conduct Certificate [The validity of conduct certificate is 6 months. So, if it is expired then you have to collect a new copy from the school / college you last attended]
S.S.L.C - original and 2 copies
Proof of Bonus Marks (if any): NSS / NCC certificate (during Plus 2 for degree admissions and during degree for pg admissions), Certificate from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (for dependents of Ex-service men), Certificate from Commanding Officer (for dependents of Jawans).
Proof of Reservation (if any): Caste Certificate for SC/ST students (Validity 3 years) , Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC /OEC /LC /OBH /OBX /EZ /Thiyya /Muslim students (Validity 1 year), Income & Asset Certificate for EWS category of students (Validity 1 year) .
Plus Two Mark list - original and 2 copies [If not issued submit a copy of the result published. But should submit the original as early as possible]
Consolidated Mark list - original and 2 copies [If not issued submit a copy of the consolidated final semester / year result published. But should submit the original as early as possible]
Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate- original and 2 copies [Validity 6 months] [Should submit the original as early as possible]
Migration Certificate from concerned Board (for degree admission) / University (for pg admission) [for students from schools outside Kerala / colleges outside MG University, Kottayam]
Equivalency Certificate from MG University [for students from other state boards / from Universities in other states or Autonomous Universities - Link is given below]
